Moringa School is a growth stage start-up. We are constantly iterating our model, our product offering & our target market. For instance, we are consistently launching new courses in existing markets. Our Learning, Classroom & Curriculum teams are expanding as we design new curriculum material & expand our student base.

Another example could be that we are testing our model in new geographies (from Ghana, West Africa to Pakistan, East Asia to Rwanda, East Africa). To this end, our marketing, growth & infrastructure teams are expanding to pilot these models.

In a nutshell, Moringa is growing in all capacities. More specifically, we are consistently looking for new talent to join our team. The Outcomes Lead will be leading the end to end graduate recruitment process and acquisition of hiring partners for each of our verticals. Your work will be impactful both internally & externally.

The Curriculum Standards Lead will come in to manage the work of and other stakeholders in developing curricula and standards relating to the various Moringa School product lines. The holder of this role will be expected to have a good understanding of regulatory standards and provide advice and guidance on good practice.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of existing and upcoming Moringa School programs

  • Provide support, guidance, monitoring, and evaluation of the process of delivering content and learning of existing and upcoming Moringa School programs

  • Provide input and monitoring in connection with curriculum development and quality assurance

  • Ensure stakeholder management of the various experts within the different containers

  • Plan and support the piloting and implementation of the new curricula and assessment systems

  • Organize and support meetings of the Curriculum teams and any related working groups

  • Assist in the professional development of staff within the Learning team

  • Evaluate and ensure that the quality and standards of various curricula are met

  • Participating and facilitating curriculum teams for the production of quality material at the various levels

  • Ensuring the proper timing and setting of assessments

  • Gathering, analyzing, researching on data and using this information to manage various projects in line with curriculum development and delivery within the Learning Team

  • Maintain documentation on all activities carried out.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Graduate degree in Psychology of Learning would be a strong component

  • Solid background in Education

  • Experience in student support

  • Working knowledge of different types of learning

  • Working knowledge of various assessment/evaluation tools

  • Understanding of the technology market

  • Practical working experience in the technology space

  • Understanding of the skills evaluation in the technology space
