Why We Are Hiring For This Role

Moringa School is a growth stage start-up. We are constantly iterating our model, our product offering & our target market. For instance, we are consistently launching new courses in existing markets. Our Learning, Classroom & Curriculum teams are expanding as we design new curriculum material & expand our student base.

Another example could be that we are testing our model in new geographies (from Ghana, West Africa to Pakistan, East Asia to Rwanda, East Africa). To this end, our marketing, growth & infrastructure teams are expanding to pilot these models.

In a nutshell, Moringa is growing in all capacities. More specifically, we are consistently looking for new talent to join our team. The Outcomes Lead will be leading the end to end graduate recruitment process and acquisition of hiring partners for each of our verticals. Your work will be impactful both internally & externally.

Moringa School is rapidly expanding and we would like to centralize all our processes and have all our different stakeholders access and interact with the various services that we have to offer from our platform AspireED. You have a deep understanding of the market and consumer which will lead you to define, plan and execute improvements to the AspireED Moringa School product.


  • Design and implement an internal product experience containing the various relevant elements that makeup Moringa School and ensures scalability

  • Create and present different business case strategies pertaining to AspireED

  • Work closely with the Infrastructure team to define the required technology specifications

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Admission teams to develop effective positioning and communications strategies

  • Develop annual budgets and long-term plans and manage P&L for assigned segments of the product

  • Responsible for short and long-term revenue goals associated with AspireED

  • Ensure that AspireED aligns with market needs by collaborating with the various relevant teams e.g. Learning Team, Classroom Team, Marketing Team etc.

  • Contribute and make improvements to the entire Moringa School eco-system experience i.e students, partners etc. with a focus on the product experience through AspireED

  • Continuously monitor product performance, the competitive environment, and market changes so that you can increase product effectiveness and ultimately drive profitability

  • 3+ years of professional product management experience

  • Computer science or technical degree preferred

  • Product management experience

  • New product launch experience

  • Experience managing data

  • Firm grasp of product development frameworks and processes

  • Knowledge on financial models

  • Proven capability to influence and negotiate across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to present program strategies, plans, and finished products to senior management and the Moringa School staff

  • Possess a portfolio of products you have developed from a conceptual stage to implementation
